With these settings i can play assasins creed i, ii and iii with maximum settings at 40 fps maximum without crashes, already black ops ii even i put the graphics on low and all effects turned off with 800x600 resolution in some areas of the game with 30-40-50 fps for cod this is a horrible fps; x.. Black ops 2 advanced pc tweaks there are other ways to get more graphic changing options in the game. these will not necessarily have any importance for those not owning a high-end rig..
